How IT Can Work

1. Schedule a Call

Set up a call virtually (or in-person if you’re in the Atlanta area and love coffee!). I’ll ask you a series of questions to understand your challenges and stuck points. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.

2. Get a Custom Plan

Even if I can’t help you, I’ll draft a plan for what support and services you need. If I can’t do the work myself, then I’ll give you recommended contacts and even make introductions if needed.

3. Leave IT to me

If I can help, and you like the plan, I’ll get started as soon as we agree. Onboarding is simple, and I’ll use the first week or two to do discovery in your IT environment and get IT off your plate ASAP.
